In the article below, a former victim of yeast infection and certified nutrition gives us the reasons why white vinegar and wine vinegar are negative factors for recovering from yeast infection. Can any vinegar form part of a diet against yeast infection? Experts working in holistic and alternative treatments say that the white vinegar can make yeast infections grow faster and should not be part of your diet plan.

The cause of yeast infection is Candida, a fungus. Candida lives in a healthy body in small amounts anyway: as such, these are not dangerous. However, when certain circumstances are rise to provoke the multiplication of Candida, the overgrowth means that the bacteria then get into the bloodstream from the intestines and provoke the symptoms of the yeast infection. This is why we also call the yeast infection a Candida infection, or candidiasis.

Many different factors can be at the root of candidiasis. I will discuss the nutrition factors, such as different habits and diet simple answers on the digestive system in the article below. Note that Candida is also considered to be the primary cause of all types of yeast infections.

Both medical professionals and paraprofessionals state that the intake of refined sugar and carbohydrates (white rice and flour) is a factor that encourages Candida and the worsening of a yeast infection.

The Candida over grows even more when the environment is more acid. Therefore maintaining the right equilibrium of the alkalies and acids is another guideline to be followed to limit multiplication and yeast infection. We use the pH scale (potential hydrogen) to define acidity in the human body. This scale goes from fourteen the most alkaline level, down to zero the most acid level with seven being defined as neutral. Normally blood is in the range of 7.35 and 7.45, however even a small difference can provoke serious health complications.

It is a sad fact that modern western lifestyle with its lack of sports, high levels of stress and poor diets based on too much fat and too many calories, all conspire to increase the acid level in blood. To correct the balance of acid and alkali and therefore return to an environment that does not encourage Candida, eat more of the foods, which form alkalies such as most fresh vegetables and fruit, almonds, green juices, and any food that contains potassium, magnesium, cesium, sodium, or calcium. Likewise reduce foods that form too much acid such as most products involving dairy, meats, grain and fish.

Now we understand better why white vinegar with its pH of 5.5 is so acidic. The replacement of foods with supplements that are alkaline is highly recommended. Vinegars have typically had a controversial role concerning diets against Candida. The exception is apple cider vinegar because it can be beneficial in treating yeast infections and has a pH of 7.5. So use organic apple cider vinegar instead of white vinegar.

It should be remembered that alkaline diets may bring health advantages and help to cure Candida infection, but that alone will not be sufficient to bring the full holistic benefit for curing yeast infection.

Did you hear the news? An all-natural treatment working holistic plan is now available to treat your yeast infections safely and to permanently eradicate all contributing causes.

Medical data from recent research suggests that there is a relation between the aggravation of a medical problem, known as yeast infection or candidiasis, and the use of antibiotics. Many of my customers want to know if yeast infections are really caused by using antibiotics. The answer to this question is somewhat complicated. It should also be noted that the hidden causes for yeast infection go further than the simple use of antibiotics as they are more complex.

Candida is present in the human body in relatively small quantities that should do no harm. Beneficial microorganisms balance out candida and make for a properly functioning immune system. So why, if it is always present in your body, does it start to cause candidiasis? It is when candida grows out of control and turns your intestine into a breeding ground for multiplication. Candida then begins to tear the internal tissue of your gut to get into the bloodstream. It is when the normal proportions of the candida and beneficial bacteria get out of balance that the yeast infection symptoms start to show.

The vulnerable environment in the digestive tract is also the result of long-term use of antibiotics. This is one of the reasons for yeast infection which on the whole is complex and the result of many factors. Nonetheless, there are two reasons for this:

1. Immune systems are weakened and beneficial organisms killed by antibiotics, which kill bacteria indiscriminately. In this case a properly working immune system no longer exists to control candida.

2. Antibiotics also disturb the “pH” equilibrium of the human body. This is a technical way of describing what is happening between negatively charged ions (alkali – forming) and positively charged ions (acid-forming). The more acidic the “pH” environment becomes, the more danger there is of candida overgrowth.

However, we often consume of antibiotics without knowing it, and not just because of medical prescriptions. Non-organic dairy products have antibiotics added to them along with other chemical substances. This means that you should avoid or decrease whenever possible the use of such products: for example replace dairy products with healthier milk, preferably organic products from sheep and goats.

In addition to the outer symptoms, a solution exists to eradicate all kinds of infections caused by candida. Did you know that there is a holistic treatment which is 100 percent natural and which can treat the internal courses of the yeast infection?
